Fidel and Pilates: An Introduction 

In 2003, Fidel joined The Dance Theatre of Harlem in New York City.  In 2004, he joined the New York Ballet.  After retiring from the company, he took comprehensive Pilates training from Romana Kryzanowska, the world renowned protégé of Joseph Pilates, later earning the Level V Pilates certificate, the level required in order to teach for Romana Kryzanowska studios around the world.

In 2007, Fidel decided to make Washington his permanent home and now shares his enthusiasm for Pilates in this amazing city.
